This application is an internal business tool used by an automotive service equipment company to manage its own advertising campaigns and customer conversations on Facebook and Instagram. The application is not offered to the general public and does not have external end users.
Solely to create and manage our own advertisements, to measure their performance, and to answer incoming customer enquiries. We do not use this data for automated decision-making about individuals, profiling, or advertising to third parties.
We do not sell, rent, license or otherwise share this data with any third party. We do not transfer data to advertising networks, data brokers or analytics vendors.
Data is stored on a private server controlled by us and is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Advertising statistics are retained for internal reporting. Message content is retained for the duration of the customer relationship.
Access is limited to authorised staff. Access credentials are stored in protected configuration files and are not shared. Connections use encrypted channels.
