How to request deletion of your data

If you have contacted our business through Facebook or Instagram and want the data associated with you removed, you can request deletion at any time. There is no charge.

1. Send a message containing the word DELETE to our Instagram account @avtoservis.uskunalari, or call +998 93 540 89 92.
2. Tell us the name or phone number you used when contacting us, so we can locate your record.
3. We confirm receipt and delete the data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• The content of messages you sent to our business accounts.
• Your name and contact details stored in our records.

What cannot be deleted

Aggregated, anonymous advertising statistics that cannot be linked to any individual, and records we are required to keep by law (for example accounting documents relating to a completed purchase), are not removed.

Removing app access

You can also remove the application's access to your Facebook account at any time via Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
